Orders and Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 10 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total delivery window of 4 to 12 business days. Shipping is free on all orders.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, we will email tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to appear. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request a change or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After that period, the order may already be moving through processing and may no longer be eligible for edits or cancellation.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Whoshy ships within the United States only.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original condition with included packaging and materials whenever possible. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email support@whoshy.com with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will review the request and send next steps.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your financial institution may need additional time to post the credit.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. Whoshy does not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
